Ryder is a principal facilitator for an incredible organisation called Tomorrow Man where he trains facilitators, creates content and delivers workshops across Australia! After finishing high school he studied Theatre Arts after which Ryder started hosting and producing mini-documentaries on taboo topics he wanted to explore, understand & experience. Throughout this time, Ryder was also a facilitator for a youth organisation called The Reach Foundation which set him on the path he is on today. A fun fact about Ryder is he was a chubby baby in Neighbours. He also LOVES monopoly and has the Monopoly Man tattooed on his shoulder.

    I'm a dad to 2 boys and have an incredible partner, so family time is important. I also play local footy.
