Sam is a Landscape Designer at Melbourne small practice Phillip Withers Landscape Design. He’s jumped across a few different things, from studying graphic design and architecture to now completing his Masters in Landscape Architecture at RMIT.

Outside of work hours, he likes to collect and play records at bars and clubs around the city.

  • When I was younger, I wanted to be:

    For a long time I was gonna be Fireman Sam. I also liked the idea of postman. Architecture took hold when my parents renovated their house at about age 10.

  • I would tell my 16yr old self:

    No advice except to keep going. Part of the journey of growing up is figuring things out on your own!


  • When I’m not working, you’ll find me:

    I like to DJ, run, practice yoga and hang out with my friends.
