Cam is currently the Operations Manager at Tommy Collins Events.
He started his career in hospitality at 11 years of age, working as a kitchen hand in a retirement village - hardly the flashiest of starts! His real love of food and beverage came a few years later at Le Cafe in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he was inspired by the passion for the industry of the owner; something that has stuck with Cam ever since. Fast forward 10 years and a Paramedic degree later Cam finds himself in Melbourne, running 3 venues, a milk business and loving every day. A fun fact about Cam, he was once a competitive Belgian beer pourer..... yes that's a thing.
