Christopher is currently in charge of procurement of all Livestock to a family run red meat processing facility approximately 1 hour north of Melbourne. Hardwicks approximately process between 4 - 5000 ovine unity and 4-500 Bovine units daily and it Christopher's responsibility to oversee all purchases and logistics of Livestock to and from the facility.

Christopher graduated University and had an interest in agriculture and worked in varying fields within in the industry from wool, to grain trading. He also briefly in the legal profession.
