Edwina Kolomanski

Edwina Kolomanski is an award-winning Education-Technology founder, Change Manager, Strategic Communications Advisor and Lawyer.

Edwina's career has been remarkably different to that of past generations, with experience spanning a dynamic range or industries and roles and never being a permanent employee! Already by the age of 30, Edwina has 3 university degrees spanning Law, Entrepreneurship and Media & Communications. As Foundation for Young Australian research suggests, Edwina is well on her way to having 17 jobs within 5 different industries.

From her diverse professional experiences, Edwina discovered her passion for enabling people to prepare for the future of work by building employability skills, discovering their strengths and interests, and finding an industry (or multiple industries) they love!

Edwina is a regular keynote speaker, presenter and facilitator on topics including the Future of Work, entrepreneurship, ways of working, soft skills, 21st Century career pathways and portfolio career management.

Edwina is also the award-winning Founder of career education and soft skills platform Future Amp, and Founder and COO of education company girledworld, which launched through the University of Melbourne in 2016 and to date has worked with 30,000+ high school students to equip them with global and local industry mentors, career pathways and employability skills for the future of work.

Edwina has recently completed her Masters of Law (Juris Doctor) at Monash University on scholarship (specialising in technology and intellectual property law) and Graduate Diploma Legal Practice at the College of Law, is a graduate of the 2016 University of Melbourne Faculty of Business and Economics / Melbourne Business School Master of Entrepreneurship (First Class Honours), was a Visiting International Scholar (Media Communications, Political Science) at New York’s Columbia University (Barnard College), and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne.

Edwina currently resides in London.
