The industry also includes jobs in transportation activities such as postal services, scenic and sightseeing transport, businesses which plan freight movement and logistics, import/export warehousing and storage, and shipping agents.

Employability skills include adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, information literacy, communication and digital literacy.

There are many career pathways, and good full-time job opportunities available for lower skilled workers. Nearly half of employees have not completed post-school education, and on-the-job apprenticeships and traineeships are available.
